They keep playing that Gary Hoey “Go Padres” song that has no lyrics and sounds exactly like the Beverly Hills 90210 theme song. I don’t consider that an official song. Not to knock Hoey since he is a great guitar player but that is a horrible horrible horrible song choice by the Padres. Are the fans supposed to get fired up for baseball by thinking about Shannen Doherty?? They haven’t had a decent song since the Keep the Faith days.

Padres have had an official song each year since moving into Petco. They play it at every game. Its new each year.
